How to book the Band
The earlier a booking is made for your function, the better prepared we can be, giving us time to tailor-make the proceedings to suit your event. A firm quotation will be submitted to you, and if found to be satisfactory, a letter or e-mail of confirmation should be returned as soon as possible thereafter, followed by a non-refundable deposit in the region of 20%. This will secure the booking, the remainder being paid in cash at some point during the event.
Prices are normally quoted for events within two hours drive from Brighton. If the venue is located further afield, surcharges for transport and/or hotel accommodation may be applicable.
Help us to help you
Each engagement is different, but in general some basic aspects always prove helpful:--
Confirmation of the booking at the earliest possible date
Any specialist requests and a programme of events for the function
Preferably a stage of some description to accommodate all 18 of us
A changing room and secure space for instrument storage
Adequate overhead lighting and at least 1, preferably 2 - 13 amp power points.
Light refreshments during the breaks
Full and final payment in cash at some point during the event.
Car parking adjacent or nearby.
